I’ve had my associates account at Amazon terminated. Now more than ever, I’m depending on Patreon patrons to give me enough income to keep posting new flashfiction here.
What’s an associate’s account? Does this mean you literally can’t sell your books there anymore?
An associates account is a way for people to make money promoting other people’s books, gadgets, etc on Amazon.
My books will still be for sale there, but I won’t get any associates earnings for other books, etc that I was promoting here. :(
Basically, one of the ways I kept money flowing in, to make this something I can devote lots of time to, has been shut down. Books are still selling. Patreon is still up. So, either/both of those can continue to keep me writing.
