I don't know if you take caption requests, but I'd always wanted to see how small penises were treated in the free use world for those who couldn't afford to fix it or didn't care to. I'd always thought they were treated as novelty items, and for some women, just a break from the ass-splitting cocks they normally got.

Hmmm… I figure in a freeuse world, there’d be subsidies for penis enlargement, since it would be a “very important health issue.” ;)
