Dear readers,
Since the main point of these “free coffee” posts on this blog are to get people to look at and buy my stories on Amazon and Smashwords, I’m thinking that anyone who needs the images is probably not buying the text-only work that’s for sale. In which case, they may be my fans but they are not my customers.
It’s most likely text-only from here on out (it is that way here on Tumblr). Or I just completely switch to only publishing on Amazon and Smashwords.
This Tumblr blog theoretically won’t be deleted, so I’ll still be able to reach my readers here either way. Tumblr does say that text-only erotica will be allowed, so this is still a place where my words can live.
I am, of course, glad to have the people who prefer images stick around, but I don’t intend to uproot myself if I don’t have to and I don’t intend to go looking for a hosting solution for the image posts. I’m fine letting that format of the blog fade away, if at all possible.
I’d rather have the freedom to write whatever flash fiction hits the spot without worrying about finding an image to go with it anyway.
Here’s to hoping you guys stick around and enjoy the new text-only format. Even if I move, at this point, I’d prefer to go text-only anyway. For those who choose to leave, I bid you a fond farewell, I wish you the best, and I hope to see you again.
